Refund and Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellations: You can choose to cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by the seller. The order cannot be cancelled once it is out for delivery. However, you may choose to refuse the delivery at your doorstep.
  • Time Window: The time window for cancelling an order may vary. The order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed. In some cases, a cancellation fee may be charged if the order is cancelled after the free cancellation time window. The details provided on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
  • Seller Cancellations: In the rare event of a cancellation by the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for all prepaid orders.
  • Flickori’s Rights: Flickori reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation of any order. We also reserve the right to modify the cancellation time window or fees from time to time.
  • TAT (Turnaround Time):
    TAT stands for Turnaround Time, which refers to the time it takes to process a request, such as issuing a refund, replacing a product, or responding to a complaint. For example: “The refund will be processed within a TAT of 3-5 business days.”

Returns Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by the respective sellers on the Flickori platform, offering you the option of an exchange, replacement, or refund. Please read all sections carefully to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.

Part 1 – Return Window and Conditions for Clothing

Non-Returnable Clothing Items:
Due to hygiene standards, the following clothing items are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear, Lingerie, and Panties
  • Socks and Stockings
  • Boxers and Trunks
  • Any other items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

Note: If these items are delivered in a damaged/defective condition or are different from what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

During the return pick-up, your product will be checked by the delivery agent for the following conditions:

Condition Requirements
Correct Product The product’s name, brand, serial number, and MRP tag should match the original order. The MRP tag must be attached and clearly visible.
Complete Product All in-the-box accessories and freebies must be present.
Unused Product The product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without stains. Seals & tags intact.
Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged, no scratches, tears, or holes.
Undamaged Packaging The product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged.

The pick-up will be refused if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and verified by the seller.

Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

  • In cases where a seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be issued.
  • During open box deliveries, if you receive a different or damaged product, a refund will be initiated for online payment orders and processed within approximately 3-5 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, no on-the-spot refund will be provided. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed except for manufacturing defects.
  • Flickori reserves the right to limit the number of returns for a user if we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.
